• MetLife Home Loans guarantees you a home loan interest rate for 60 days at no cost and for up to 180 days that you can transfer to any spec home.

   

• If rates increase during the 60-day period, you'll be able to offer buyers the lower rate.

   

• Buyers can finance their home with any standard MetLife Home Loans loan product.

   

• If the spec home goes under contract during the first 30 days, the locked rate is passed to the buyer, who has up to 30 additional days to close the loan.

   

• You can cancel the lock with no cost or obligation.
